How did it all begin:

I am a chronic blowhard, with a passion for the Irish Tin Whistle, it’s a contagious disease caught from hearing a member of the “Redgum” band playing many years ago. Since that time I have been hooked.

Being a fiercely proud Aussie with an Irish heritage, it seems playing in a bush band is my destiny. A friend encouraged me to ring Noel Raynes. From that time on, life for me changed. 

A stint up a Kingaroy QLD introduced me to a fun loving who just for kicks passed a lagerphone around their audience to have a go, from that enlightening experience a fetish for lagerphones and audience participation was born and has evolved into integral part of the Tin Shed Rattlers. 

It is a real honor and privilege to play with the Tin Shed Rattlers.  It really is a truly unique band.
